Grieving with Grace (GWG) hosted its first fundraiser, GWG Gala in January 2023. We partnered with the Tangipahoa African American Heritage Museum to bring the vision to fruition. It was a night of sheer elegance and fun for an amazing cause. With nearly 100 guests in attendance for the first gala, the Team can foresee the future to be great.

The night would not have been what it was without an amazing team of ladies working diligently to see it happen. There were Chefs and Caterers from near and far who provided a sampling of one of their most tasteful dishes. And indeed, it was tasteful!

The evening was coupled with a live band and exquisite items that were raffled off throughout the night to generate additional funds to do what we love: be a resource in our community.
